Hunting Park Neighborhood Advisory Committee (HPNAC) is nonprofit organization, which accepts donations that are tax deductible. HPNAC primary source of funding is the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD). Through OHCD, we are able to operate and provide many of the services that are available to the community, which includes, but not limited to: basic systems repair, housing and rental counseling referrals, mortgage diversion program and vacant property surveys.
HPNAC is also a Neighborhood Energy Center, funded by the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA). ECA helps us to provide comprehensive energy and related home repair services and budget counseling to low income households, including LIHEAP outreach and intake, CRISIS outreach/intake and advocacy. In addition to energy education workshops, energy counseling, we are able to provide information and referrals.
The Utility Emergency Service Fund (UESF) establishes HPNAC as client intake site for UESF to process applications for utility grants and other appropriate services funded by UESF. For additional information about UESF, please visit
